For me it’s personal. Sure, our firm is about creating a support structure that our clients can rely on to help them make smart financial decisions. But it goes well beyond just providing the right advice; it encompasses providing the right advice in a way that will make sense to a particular client. It is important to me to respond to clients as unique individuals.
My passion is within working with clients to grow their business past anything that even the client thought was possible. I thoroughly enjoy implementing the business improvement programs we run for our clients and keeping them accountable to the many decisions that we make together to grow their business.
I believe there are four foundations to every client relationship:
Trust, Responsiveness, Knowledge and Personality. I enjoy working closely with clients in diverse financial matters, from general tax issues to helping to structure their business dealings and finances.
Away from the office:
I thoroughly enjoy a round of golf, especially while travelling and supporting my NRL team the Manly Sea Eagles.
